DRZ oil filter

Oil and filters are cheaper than engine rebuilds. Learn to do it yourself and undertake the maintenance more often than the book says for a much longer engine life.

My recommendation - 

Fast technical riding going hard - every 500 kms. 

Day rides on gravel roads and fire trail having some fun but not revving the crap out of it - every 1500 kms.

Easy adventure riding like a grandad like me - every 3000 kms. 

Clean that air cleaner every ride if you are riding with mates in dusty conditions. I recommend a biodegradable product called No Toil.
